Y.F.B.C. VIC OPEN RESULTS 2025

Yarraville-Footscray Bowling Club members have just completed a wonderful Vic Open Tournament which has been played in the Latrobe Valley Region.

Our club had many members enter the tournament which was held over the 10 days of play.

Nearly all of our members won their sections in all disciplines that was played,

many of them continuing to win many knockout games.

Andrea Tudorovic had a great week of bowls and played very well for all of the tournament.

Andrea made the semi-final of the Ladies Pairs, and just went down by 1 shot. She also played in the Final of the Ladies Singles but unfortunately lost12 v 21 against Selina Goddard from New Zealand. Well done Andrea, you have had a great tournament.

Craig Mills also had a great week on the greens, he won his section in the Men's Pairs & Triples winning many knockout games. Craig also made the final of the Men's Singles but lost against Kobe Barton 16 v 21. Craig really played well in the final but the winner was just able to play the winning bowls when needed.

A great effort Craig. Well Done.

Brett Mahoney also had a wonderful week on the greens, Brett made the semi-final of the Men's Singles and lost to the eventual winner of the tournament 19 v 21. In the Men's Pairs Brett teamed up with Tyson Cromie from Ocean Grove and they played very well in the final beating the Clayton pair 20 v 7. Well done Brett.
