Y.F.B.C. NORMA MASSEY INDUCTEE 2025.

The Yarraville-Footscray Bowling Club are pleased to announce that Norma Massey OAM, has been inducted into the Bowls Victoria Hall Of Fame.

The posthumous award was accepted by Norma's daughter Carole last week.

Norma had many achievements over her long player career here at our club.

She represented Australia on 101 occasions, including 3 World Bowls Championships in 1969, 1977 & 1985.

She won 3 Gold medals the 1985 World Triples Title and the 1977 and 1985 Overall Teams Gold.

Norma also won a Gold Medal in the Asia Pacific Triples and a Silver in the Fours in 1985.

She won the National Fours title in 1969 and won 4 Victorian Champion Of Champions in 1958, 1964, 1968 & 1972.

Norma was a Victorian State Player for 34 years.
